About Our Founder, Larry Santiago

Born and raised on the island of Molokai, Larry graduated from Lahainaluna High School (Maui) and the University of Hawaii, College of Business Administration. He started his Financial Service career in 1980 as a life insurance agent, then as a financial advisor (securities licensed), and continued his journey as a group benefits wholesaler and later a Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales and Training for a local Health Insurance Company. Seeing too many local businesses close down due the absence of a business continuation plan or exit strategy, with many employees being displaced, Larry is passionate about securing the futures of the business owner and employees with strategic planning and revolutionary financial products.
